Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access until then.
Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, your account reverts to Free. You keep all your registered watches and documents.
No. Watches, documents, and history you have added remain in your account. Some features become unavailable on Free (document vault, full reference history), but the underlying data is not deleted.
There is no time-limited trial. The Free plan is permanent and includes core features. You can explore the knowledge base, register watches, and run stolen checks without a subscription.
Tokens are the unit of measure for API calls to Aikakone's market data endpoints. Browsing the watch catalog costs nothing. A detailed lookup (prices, specs, history for a single reference) costs 1 token. Retrieving chart or historical price data costs 2 tokens. Market momentum data costs 3 tokens. Your 5,000-token monthly allowance resets on the first of each calendar month at midnight UTC.
When you apply for Workshop or Trade, you submit your professional credentials through the application form. The Aikakone team reviews each application before activating the plan. There is no automated approval. If your verification status changes after you subscribe, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Not currently. Both plans are billed monthly. Annual billing for professional tiers is planned for a future update.
Refund requests are handled case by case. Contact support with your account details. Refunds are processed manually through Stripe and typically reflect within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
