Core tools to document your watch and share its story.
Archive
New Archive upgrades are paused while document storage, full history, value trends, and insurance-ready reporting are completed and verified. Existing subscribers keep their current access.
Privacy & transparency
A useful watch record should be deliberate about sharing and precise about what its automated tools can—and cannot—tell you.
Sharing controls
Your collection begins inside your account. Public watch views and QR links are actions you choose, and public profiles do not display the submitted serial number. Account access remains subject to necessary security and support operations.
Data-only screening
This automated screen checks submitted reference, serial-format, production-year, and provenance data for inconsistencies. It does not inspect the physical watch, movement, materials, or photos and cannot authenticate a watch or detect a superclone.
Reference estimates
Market views can include modelled reference baselines when verified observations are unavailable. Baseline prices, momentum, regional comparisons, and illustrative trend lines are estimates—not live quotes, completed-sale evidence, or financial advice.
We do not describe automated screening as authentication, reference estimates as live prices, or roadmap capabilities as released features.
FAQ
The current registry can be started without payment details. New Archive upgrades are paused while document storage, full history, value trends, and insurance-ready reporting are completed and verified. Existing subscribers keep their current access.
Registration is designed to be brand-agnostic. Available reference metadata varies by brand and model, and you can add the details you know manually.
A fresh search checks reports currently available to Aikakone. A match is a signal to investigate, while no match is not proof that a watch is clear. Automated stolen-watch alert email delivery is not active. Use a fresh stolen-watch search before a transaction; do not rely on the alert subscription form for monitoring.
Collection records begin inside your account. If you create a public watch view or QR link, review the visible fields before sharing; the submitted serial number is not part of the public profile. Access otherwise follows account permissions and necessary security or support operations.
